HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER(S) ONCE I’VE COMPLETED MY PURCHASE?
A tax invoice will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this number on the courier or post website to track the whereabouts of your order.

You also want to get a brush with natural bristles from pig or horse hair. Keep your shoes clean and moisturised with some Renovateur and a coloured creme. Our Pre-Order program allows you access to special order products that aren't immediately available. These special order products can include Double Monk exclusives and limited editions. Purchasing is simple - select your size and colour where applicable, click the black "PRE-ORDER" button, then proceed to checkout as you normally would.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS AREN'T IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, SO WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will advise you on the estimated delivery date. Most special order products will arrive within 2-4 weeks from confirmation. Products that need to be made-to-order may take a little longer.
